“Pour Vous” is a local company on a human scale located in Cavaillon. Our company officiates in the Luberon, the Durance valley and the Monts de Vaucluse. We are on a human scale, wanting to avoid those large, impersonal companies, we aim to work closely with our customers. “Pour Vous” offers owners services tailored to their wishes and needs such as: regular or personalized concierge, maintenance and management of the stay of your tenants or guests.
Is your property a primary residence, a secondary residence? We offer to take care of everything in your absence. Do you want to loan or rent your home?
“Pour Vous” provides a welcome service and daily support for guests as well as the management of your property during your stay.
Reception, care, site visit, comfort of the tenant or the guest from arrival to departure, everything is provided by us. Our service combines professionalism, proximity, confidentiality and human relations.

Property management
We are present by your side or in your absence to manage the daily care of your property.
We take care of all your requests with the greatest attention, this in order to deliver you the solution perfectly adapted to your request. “Pour Vous” adapts to your request which can be “tailor-made” according to your desires, your preferences, the degree of urgency and your budget.
We are also present to receive important large deliveries, to manage any major interventions you may have. We take care of your daily emergencies.
Vehicle management
We offer management and maintenance of your vehicles during your long absences. We also offer high-end car rental upon request.
Security services
Our collaborators are trained to carry out control and monitoring missions for security systems (alarms, cameras, automation, gates, movement detection, etc…)
Control of the environment, the weather…..
Present in Provence for many years, we know how to anticipate climatic hazards during the owner’s absence, thanks to our perfect knowledge of the region and its meteorological particularities.

Management and project management
We provide supervision for all providers who work on the property in your absence (landscaper, maintenance agent, electrician or any other trade). If you do not have external partners to maintain your home, we objectively recommend it.
We are at your service to fulfill all your desires and give you greater freedom of spirit on a daily basis. Your peace of mind is our goal.

– Site visit with the owner

Premium Key
In addition to the comfort key
– Management of the companies which intervene on your premises (follow-up of the building sites in progress, follow-up and control of the interventions of the designated service providers (works, cleaning, swimming pool, garden…).
– In the event of a problem (electricity, plumbing, etc.), management of the companies you designated or that we offer.
Custom Key
We also work in the form of a personalized contract and per request. For this pack, a collaborative study will be conducted in order to list in detail all of the desired services. An estimate will then be produced according to the established services and the contract.
Rental Key
– Site visit with the owner
– Taking into account all the recommendations for the management of the rental property
– Constitution of a property file and definition of specifications
– Definition of the schedule and contact details for tenants or guests
– Handing over of the keys and property
– Preparation and verification of the property before the arrival of tenants or guests
– Reception of tenants or guests
– Site visit, inventory, administrative formalities and delivery of keys
– Explanation of the entire operation of the property (electricity, water, appliances, linen, swimming pool, garden, gates, alarm, neighborhood …)
– Delivery of a summary sheet to tenants or guests
– Telephone assistance and rapid intervention if necessary or if problem

Only at this moment of signature, a fixed price of 140 euros will be required for all the work accomplished since our first meeting. You take no risk in consulting us.
Please note that this package is to be recovered when the first service contract is signed. We therefore guarantee that all our services are free of charge prior to the signing of this said contract. For the following collaborations, your property file will be taken up and updated at no additional cost.
